This week we asked you to practice mindfulness in action. We asked you to walk in a mindful way, taking at least 20 minutes.

We suggest that you:

  • Go alone
  • Try not to speak to anyone
  • Try to focus on noticing new things as you walk
  • Notice your thoughts and your feelings
  • The main this is that you make an effort not to judge these thoughts and feelings – just notice them
  • Be in the moment, each moment
