Exercises from Week 8

In this final session, we left you with a few final thoughts:

We asked you to think about how you can use the experiences gained from this programme to help you live a full and happy life.

We reminded you that some people need more time than others to practice and perfect these skills, so not to be afraid if you did not make as much progress as you would have liked.

As a lifelong assignment, we asked you to live your life, remembering that it is constantly changing. Know your values, keep them in front of you, and move towards the goals that get you closer to them. Don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers along the way, even when you may feel stuck.

Finally, we would like to remind you to fill out the post-treatment questionnaire if you haven’t already, to help our research team to keep learning about what we can do to improve our treatments and find better ways to help people who may be struggling.
